Very nice book to learn Java

I was in the 5th semester of my B.Tech when I had to read Java language as a subject.Though I have some knowledge of C++ but this language is quite different in terms of the syntax and concepts.

Java is a purely Object Oriented Language.So I had some difficulty in understanding it.Hence I bought this book.The book "Java: The Complete Reference" by Herbert Schildt is a very good book.

The book contains all the main topics in a very proper manner.The books also consists of a number of examples which can help you understand the topic in a better manner.The book covers the main topics like
