MTNL is the only internet service provider that has so cheap plans . If it's working correctly then you don't have to worry but it's bad then you don't know how much time will they take to fix it. janakpuri ( delhi ) the complaint service of mtnl is worse . Though it's very easy to complain you just can do it online but they will keep calling you on landline that broadband is working or not but it won't work for atleast 5-6 days .

I have a 999 combo pack whose link speed is 1 mbps but the actual downloading speed i get is around 140 kbps. The customer care never picks up the phone until you call the complaint department. I am satisfied by the services they provide. The problems get solve in one day. The server goes down very rarely. Overall i am satisfied as i have to go for expensive packs in order to get higher speeds
