I have one of the worst experience with Videocon D2H, since the date I have installed it.I am facing this since more then 1 year...
Each time I face a signal problem I contact the customer care then the horrible journey starts with Videocon.
I have to call daily for minimum8 to 10 days. On each call the stupid customer care representative and his more stupid Supervisor assures that we have escalated your number on priority basis and our field engineer will visit and resolve the issue in next 8 working hours. If I want them to connect me to their head or ask their head's name then they have a common nice reply " We cannot disclose the name or contact number of that particular person, its our company protocol." I really don't understand on which ground they have set this protocol. Otherwise they will provide a number which is never answered. After 100s of calls, follow ups finally a field engineer will arrive and resolve this after almost 10 days each time, and they will behave like they are doing a favor on me for resolving the issue.
I strongly recommend everyone please don't go with Videocon D2H, get any other connection available in market, at least you can enjoy rather getting harassed.
I dare if a person from Videocon reading this can call me if they have resolved my issue within specified time limit...
Please don't go with Videocon!!!!
